Grind Device Bowl Jam Recap :
Grind Device held their first Bowl Jam competition at Green Lake Skatepark after the Seattle Street Jam. This event had an open session and a pro only session. The event felt like a large group of homies catching a sesh. The crowd was very supportive of all the riders. Especially, in the open session. That kind of support from pros and companies is what will keep urethane spinning. You could see the joy on the younger rider's faces, when pros and og riders are on their feet cheering for the younger rider's run / trick. Getting to film Tyler Bonner ride transition was surreal for me. His Home Town Killing video was one of the first scootering video parts that really got me inspired. Getting to film him at the jam reinvigorated that inspiration I once got long ago. Recap video is coming soon. Big props to Grind Device and all the other sponsors of that event for making it happen.
